Diesel use is also set to remain strong for the time to come and aviation fuel consumption will only go up.

Channel Infrastructure CEO Naomi James says petrol demand is peaking and will decline because of the demand for EV's and increasing fuel efficiency.

Naomi James doesn't believe the scrapped biofuel mandate will have a major impact on forecasts in the long term.
