On the eve of a new round of diplomatic talks between Ukraine and Russia, President Volodymyr Zelensky says Ukraine is ready to accept a neutral, non-nuclear status as part of a peace deal which would mean they wouldn't be able to join NATO. That, as Russia intensifies its attack on Western Ukraine including an oil depot, and the Wagner group is expected to deploy more than 1,000 mercenaries to Ukraine to bolster Russian forces.
