Ahead of an upcoming Defense Department Report on UFOs, sources tell CNN that the report doesn’t determine whether the objects are alien spacecrafts. The former Director of the Pentagon’s Advance Aerospace Threat Identification Project Luis Elizondo joins to discuss the report. 

Finally, the Justice Department preps plea deals for Capitol rioters who were tied to the assault on D.C. police officer Michael Fanone. Fanone is confident that his case will be handled correctly, according to a statement made to CNN. Laura puts the report in perspective.
