Top Democrats including President Joe Biden and Speaker of The House Nancy Pelosi are calling for New York Governor Andrew Cuomo to resign following allegations of sexual harassment, in the wake of the bombshell report from the State's Attorney General that alleges a governor sexually harassed 11 women including state employees and a New York state trooper. CNN's Chief White House Correspondent Kaitlan Collins and CNN's Senior Analyst Laura Coates give their perspectives on this story. After, Don speaks with Mariann Wang, lawyer for two of the accusers.

Washington DC Police Officer Michael Fanone joins Don to discuss the events of the January 6th insurrection and gives his views on the deniers of the violent acts which occurred that day. They also discuss the fourth officer to have taken their own life in the wake of the event and its impact on the mental health of the protective services.

The CDC warns that 90% of the country is now in counties with high or substantial spread of the coronavirus, with one in three cases coming from two republican states who are banning mask mandates. CNN Medical Analyst Dr. Jonathan Reiner joins to discuss whether the Governors are going to listen to President Biden on his call to for them to uphold a mask mandate and also the national vaccination level.

Maryland Democrat Senator Chris Van Hollen joins to give his views on Governor Cuomo, corona virus transmission levels within Maryland, and the projected rise in infections from the State's medical community.

Finally, Don reports on superstar U.S. gymnast Simone Biles who is back in competition today at the Tokyo Olympics, winning a bronze medal in the balance beam final, her second medal in Tokyo and her seventh Olympic medal overall.
