70% Of New York Registered Voters Say Cuomo Should Resign

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is making it clear he is not going without a fight as he faces an impeachment investigation from top Democrats to resign. The Governor's lawyers today called the investigation unfair stating it was conducted to support a predetermined narrative. Political pressure mounts as the latest poll finds that 70% of New York registered voters say that the Governor should resign. CNN Crime and Justice Correspondent Shimon Prokupecz joins to discuss the latest developments on this story.

Half of the total population of the United States is now fully vaccinated. There are, however, 90 million people who are eligible to get vaccinated and are not. CNN's Fareed Zakaria joins to discuss the group of Americans who despite overwhelming scientific evidence deny themselves treatment against a disease that has killed 600,000 people and the powerful conspiracy theory based belief system which perpetuates this inaction.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott is calling for a new special session to try to force a vote on restrictive voting bills. Don continues to talk with Matthew Dowd about the Governor’s performance in office, and how the GOP are erroneously attempting to blame immigrants for the spread of the coronavirus around the country in the face of contradictory data.

An estimated 700,000 people are expected to gather in South Dakota for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, sparking concerns among health experts that it could become a Covid-19 super-spreading event. CNN correspondent Adrienne Broaddus reports from the Rally and gathers perspectives from the bikers, residents and local medical community.

Finally, imagine touring a home for sale and being met by police with guns drawn. It happened to a black realtor and his black client, and his 15-year-old son, when a white neighbor in Wyoming reported a break-in after seeing the three men at the home. All three were cuffed.
