This week Kat spoke with the amazing Lydia who has unfortunately become a DPC Platinum member this year after her Dad passed shortly after her Mum. Lydia's story is heartbreaking yet incredibly inspiring. She says she was 'dragged through her Mum's death kicking and screaming and protesting all the way' yet has found a different path through grief after her Dad's passing, learning to accept it and with immense gratitude. She tells us the story of both her parents' passing and how she has grown as an individual throughout it all. It's hard to imagine how this young woman looked after her Dad during his final days with just her younger siblings by her side and yet she speaks of her experience with so much grace.
