Maybe you've already had a pay rise, but you could still do with a bit more cash. Or maybe the boss said no, and you're not in the position to look for a new job elsewhere. Whatever the reason, side hustles can fill that gap. And if you're the entrepreneurial sort, they can even be a way to test out a career change or business ideas, so that one day you could work for yourself instead.
