Description: In March, Nicola Willis said treasury was forecasting a peak of 3.7 percent. The Reserve Bank Monetary Policy Committee left the official cash rate unchanged at 2.25 percent. But it's warning near term inflation is expected to increase considerably and the economic recovery to weaken. The Middle East conflict is the culprit. Economist Cameron Bagrie spoke to Lisa Owen.
