Women's downhill alpine skiing gold medallist Breezy Johnson hadn't even made it past her post-race media session with the BBC when hers fell apart. Games organisers are now investigating what has caused medals, of all colours, to crack or come apart. Sports reporter Felicity Reid spoke to Lisa Owen.
