	Description:		It promised to revolutionise track and field athletics, but instead, Olympic sprinting great Michael Johnson's Grand Slam Track has collapsed after just one season. The league filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the US last week. Court documents released today reveal it owes tens of millions of dollars to creditors - including some of the sport's biggest names.
