	Description:		Air New Zealand has welcomed a new CEO amidst a turbulant time for the airline. Just yesterday the national carrier revealed it is expecting a half year loss of up to $55 after an anticipated bump in passengers failed to land. Costs are rising too, with the bill for engine leases going up $20 million dollars. Several Air New Zealand planes have also been grounded for unsheduled maintaince due to engine faults. Air New Zealand CEO Nikhil Ravishankar spoke to Lisa Owen.
