	Description:		The parents of 3-year-old who died from septic shock say they'll never recover from the death of their eldest child. An investigation by the Health and Disability Commission found Alexzander Sutherland-Hunt died after multiple missed opportunities in his care at a rural hospital. The little boy was a month shy of his 4th birthday when his parents took him to then Grey Base Hospital with a fever and vomiting in July 2020.
