Description: RNZ can reveal Netball New Zealand's shock decision to stand down Silver Ferns coach Noeline Taurua came after several players raised allegations the environment had become "psychologically unsafe". The allegations prompted an independent review, which highlighted "significant issues" within the programme. Taurua is understood to have rejected the findings, prompting a months-long stand-off between the national body and the Silver Ferns coaching staff. Sports correspondent Dana Johannsen spoke to Lisa Owen.
