Description: Regional airlines are giving no assurances new government loans will be enough to keep their flying routes open for business in the long-term. The government is offering small carriers concessionary loans of up to $30 million through its Regional Infrastructure Fund. But some of the small operators who've already cut routes, have said it is not enough to bring them back. Anneke Smith reports.
