	Description:		A fallen pohutakawa tree at a prestigious North Shore apartment complex has locals divided over whether it should be saved or sawn to bits. A factious Devonport Takapuna Local Board meeting took place today to decide the fate of the tree that fell at Takapuna's Sands Apartments in 2022. It may have fallen but it's still very much alive. Residents of the Sands want it gone, but the removal has been opposed by some iwi groups because of the tree's cultural significantce. Finn Blackwell reports.
