Description: Senstive patient data has made its way to the dark web, more than a week after a cyber attack on a primary health provider. Pinnacle Midlands Health Network operates several North Island GP practices. It says the data has been published by "malicious actors". The stolen records cover more than 450,000 patients from Waikato, Lakes, Taranaki and Tairawhiti districts. Technology commentator and chief executive of Gorilla Tech, Paul Spain, talks to Lisa Owen.
