	Description:		The Immigration Minister is promising employers it's going to be much easier to get desperately needed staff from overseas. The new skilled migrant policy announced today will have no cap on numbers when it comes into force next year. Michael Wood says in the meantime about 8000 people who've expressed interest and meet the criteria will get a visa. He told Checkpoint that's a big change in approach.
