People are born and people die. That's the cycle of life. But it is remarkably sad when people die at a young age. And specially if they were talented. And especially if they were famous. On this episode number 2 of freetalk Podcast, we review some of those famous persons who died before 30 years old, but that for one reason or another, we sometimes don't know that they were really young. Do you know any other celebrity who died young? Let me know on the comments section. Show Notes: • Only the good die young is the name of a song by Billy Joel, from his 1977 album The Stranger (that's going to be the song of the week) • The people mentioned on this episode are: Caligula, Joan of Arc, James Dean, Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. • The movie La Bamba tells the story of the quick rise to fame of Ritchie Valens and his tragic early death in a plane crash. •A Word on Pronunciation: when one word can be used as a noun (thing, person, place) or as a verb (action) the intonation changes. If it's a noun the intonation goes on the first syllable: (a record). If it's a verb, the intonation goes on the second syllable (to record).
