“I look forward to listening to a new episode of this podcast each week! The ladies are each knowledgeable and friendly -- it makes me feel like I’m just hanging out with friends. I like that they share facts and information, but also relate it to their lives and experiences. They also break down challenging topics in a way that makes it easy to understand. Thank you for creating this engaging, fan and informative podcast!”

Sometimes we struggle…just like everyone else. And we’re dishing about it!

Joy’s currently reading Brene Brown’s book Daring Greatly. Brene talks about shame, vulnerability, fear and human CONNECTION through empathy. It’s definitely been a great book with a lot of valuable lessons about how perfect doesn’t exist. We need to be nicer to ourselves!
