Same thing I tell my kids: keep your mind engaged, people can say (and fake) whatever they want. Recognize your echo chamber. Behave there as you would in person (and be nice). Guard your mental health. And what would I do without internet access? Read a lot more. Go outside more. Play offline games. Banking and purchasing would be the most difficult. But I was in college before The Internet. Our worlds were more local and less instantaneous, that's all.
