When I met James last Fall on travel to Chile together, it became clear to me that he is a consummate biz dev professional, and a really insightful, thoughtful and conscious questioner who seems always focused on better understanding the needs of the other person in the conversation. This is a sign of a great salesman as well as a leader, so I asked James if we could do an interview about his thoughts on customer development.
