Chicago White Sox had a great opportunity to extend their lead in the AL Central, but after a 3-7 homestand, they are clinging to a 0.5 game lead over Cleveland as they head to Kansas City.

A big issue is the lack of scoring and in particular, with runners in scoring position. Hitters have to hit, but with weaker hitters batting 2nd in the lineup, is manager Robin Ventura partly to blame?

Also, with issues at shortstop, is prospect Tim Anderson looming?
