How can I use my expertise and be useful? is the question that today s guest Susie Rheault asked at the start of her reinvention. Susie, armed with a doctorate in psychology had a successful consulting practice when she began working as a Special Advisor to the Clinton Foundation Health Access Initiative, but she wanted a smaller project and to spend more time in Africa.

In 2010 Susie and her husband, Gil Williams, came upon a small orphanage in Tanzania where nine malnourished orphans, as a result of HIV, were sleeping on a cement floor without even a blanket or sufficient food. This was the beginning of her inspiring reinvention a true legacy of love.

During the episode we focus on:

Be bold. Don t give up. Put your blue-sky, wild dreams capeairout put them on paper, brainstorm them, and talk to a friend who is all about talking about what s possible and dreaming big. Don t hang around people who say it can t be done, or you re too old, or trample on your tender shoots of ideas.
