In this episode of Reinvention Success Stories you ll meet Margo Davis, who’s experienced many re-inventions.  Most recently, at the end of a 22-year marriage, with the need for a new career , she set off on a hero’s journey.  She felt a calling to pursue a Masters Degree in Divinity but as she prepared to register for classes, she faced a challenge that required a new decision which would allow her to be true to her commitment to be with her young children.

With this realization she immediately enrolled in a Master program in Social Work and today she is a successful psychotherapist with a career that is a true reflection of her gifts, talents and skills.

I see this in my psychotherapy practice, most people who are seriously anxious and depressed – somewhere in their lives, whether it was 5, 10, 20 or 30 years ago took a path of safety versus courage.  What I see is that when we dare to take the first step of courage, we will be rewarded.  When we take that first step, God rushes to meet us.
