Shortly before that I had launched my real estate business back in 2005. I attended a course which I paid $3,000 for around December 2004. I closed my first deal in 2005 and that same year I was actually finishing my master’s degree in college. So my attention was all over the place. But in December 2005, I was able to close a deal winning a net profit of $10,000.
