Description: So here's the new series. This could be a mini-series of six, or a mammoth, unending trip into the unknown, each week taking us closer to some kind of conversational nirvana. Or something like that anyway. In any case, once we know what's going on with the schedule at Resonance going forward, we'll let you know by putting it up here, or somewhere like our twitter.com/cafecalcio feed. IN this episode we look in detail at the relationship and psychogeography of clubs in West London. Fulham, Chelsea (who think they're a South London club but we're having none of it) QPR, and Brentford. To do so, we brought editor of frankly superb 'There's Only One F In Fulham' www.toofif.co.uk David Lloyd in to chat about the rise, fall, wallowing and then meteoric rise of FFC, the 'most beautiful walk to any ground in football' and the idiosyncrasies of Craven Cottage. Also, we had the pleasure of entertaining the whims of Chelsea FC's club historian Rick Glanvill (twitter.com/RickGlanvill) on the telephone for a third time to talk about the origins of Chelsea, 'the most beautiful walk to any ground in football' and the idiosyncrasies of Stamford Bridge. Chris Roberts has a new feature that was actually ignored in the interests of milking our guests for all they were worth, but that will be included in next week's show. Chris Dixon presented. David Stubbs was... well, listen and find out.
