This episode features the very first ever guest on Being A Better Man.  He is 33 yrs old, a writer, a musician, a husband and a dad and an aspiring podcaster himself.  He is also my son Clinton Herigstad.

I wanted to have Clinton on the show because he is the living, breathing real life example of my philosophy in a way, because I raised him.

In the episode we talk about several things involving not just being men, but being better men than we were yesterday.

Clinton talks about how he overcame time wasting activities and motivation problems by scheduling your fun time into your life along with your serious work time in order to achieve balance and not be deprived of things you like to do.
