Description: The Basalt Public Arts Commission, or BPAC, has awarded its first two grants in a new program that doles out money to support public art. The Arts Campus At Willits, or TACAW, is one of the first beneficiaries of BPAC’s new grant program. The arts organization requested $15,000 for a new event in October called Pumpkin Jazz, which will bring jazz musicians to perform in various places around Basalt.
