Yes, you read that right. There are joys to be found in dieting. In my weight loss journey there were many more joys than struggles. Why? Because I wanted the joy. I cherished the milestones. I concentrated on the positives not the negatives and even on those days I felt deprived and tired of dieting I couldn't miss all that I was accomplishing.
