	Description:		First came the shock, then the exodus. More than three-quarters of Nagorno-Karabakh's estimated 120,000 residents have fled since last week's snap offensive by Azerbaijan overran the ethnic Armenian enclave. Azerbaijan's military has detained a former commander of Nagorno-Karabakh's separatist forces.That is on top of Ruben Vardanyan, the former head of Karabakh's seperatist government charged with financing terrorism after his arrest while fleeing through the Lachin corridor Azerbaijan insists it has got no more territorial designs. Still, president Aliyev's conciliatory discourse clashes with his choice of location to speak on Monday when he flew to Baku's own big exclave, Nakhchivan. Aliyev insists he absolutely will not try to take the Zangezur corridor by force and he invited his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who said that if Armenia does not allow the trade corridor to pass through its territory then Iran was up for offering a detour. A week ago at this time, we were commenting on Kyiv's increased use of long-range weaponry and now, with US Atacm missiles on the way soon, special forces in Kyiv claiming that last week's attack wiped out Russia's top brass in Crimea, 34 officers including the commander of the Black Sea Fleet.
