	Description:		Six months into the Sudan conflict, civilians find themselves at the forefront of hostilities between the army and the Rapid Support Forces. This militia faction stands accused of engaging in a series of grave offences, including rape, unlawful seizure of property, and various forms of humiliation inflicted upon civilians—many of which may constitute war crimes. Leveraging hundreds of images captured by eyewitnesses, three of our Observers set out to tell the story of this civil war, which has already claimed 5,000 lives. Their resounding plea: to not overlook the plight of the Sudanese, even as the conflict persists and global attention shifts towards other regions.
