This is the story of Barbora Škrlová, a 33 year old Czech woman who suffers from hypopituitarism, a disorder that causes a decrease in her somatotropin hormone, which caused her to look like a young girl. She used this to her advantage, forcing her way into Klara Mauerova's life. Where she then mentally tormented Klara (Who had schizophrenia) and convinced her to do some of the most heinous acts I have ever heard of to her two young sons.
