Joe was a teacher turned entrepreneur who realized he was spending more time on his work than on his family life. Mell was a social worker turned stay at home mom. In 2020, they decided to move 2000 miles from home to a place better aligned with their family values in order to refocus on the most important organization in their lives: family!
