	Description:		Diving in the pitch black waters of the North Atlantic Ocean is a life changing experience. Surfer Al Mennie knows it all too well: during the pandemic he began to swim at night, close to the shores of Northern Irland. He soon realized that those moments were a metaphor for the loneliness that people experienced during Covid-19 and, more in general, a metaphor for the bewilderment that people with mental health disorders must feel most of the time. Al Mennie is the host for this episode of Tangles, where we talk about the challenges that people suffering from central nervous system diseases must face.
