Cycling is a sport that tends to bring about a point of friction when our spiral patterns interact with what is fundamentally a symmetrical machine. This can lead to frustrations in our pursuit of cycling performance, zen, or exploration. Having worked with many clients who struggle with this outcome, I offer some observations and practical solutions to this conundrum.
