That’s when I realized I needed to become a better leader...

So I spent all of 2017 studying leadership.

It was my theme for the entire year.

I started reading books, attending events, going through courses, and getting feedback from my team…all my training & development time was focused on becoming a better leader.

The truth is, before 2017 I didn’t really know what leadership was…much less how to be a good leader.

I recorded this episode in the hopes that it will help people like me become better leaders.

Maybe there’s a Chandler from 2 years ago out there (you?) looking for some guidance on how to become a better leader.
