	Description:		I am currently down in Newport, KY visiting my aunt and uncle with Brax and Colty. We will be leaving to come back to Jersey in just a few hours in the early morning hours. It's been a great trip and I've had a lot of time to think being away from home and taking a nice distance road trip. On my Coaching calls today, I talked about being fully present and how it's a practice and somethign we need to aspire to. There is no moment but NOW, I dare you to try and prove otherwide, at least on this earthly dimension. Each moment is a life time, each moment is full of richness and beauty if you are there to experience it. Take a listen to this short episode that I just recorded on a walk around the block while smoking a cigar. It'll be good food for thought.
