2 weekends ago, I attempted and successfully completed the Army Ranger Challenge.  

 

It was 12 miles in under 3 hours with 40 pounds on my back.  

 

Why in the world would someone do this voluntarily, without a sanctioned event?

 

Because, I said I would and because I have to constantly see if ‘I have what it takes’.  

 

In today’s episode of ULYIS, I go over the ins and outs of my adventure, my mindset, how my body held up and the self talk I played in my mind as I took step after step.
