Ever since I can remember, I knew that a big part of helping people transform their lives was a combination of things, one of which was teaching them so they understood on some level why they were doing what they were doing. Fasting is no different. I can’t tell you how often I hear that ‘I fast, I do the 8 hour window’. Which is fine and dandy, that’s what I did for a number of years, before I really understood the power of fasting.
