Richard Eugene Dale Hitchcock was a 21 year old from Allegan, MI. He was an easygoing guy who liked to hunt and fish. In the early morning of Dec. 22, 1990, Richard allegedly ran off, vaulted two fences, and jumped into the Kalamazoo River. He was never seen again.
