Christian leadership is developing people through work, living and speaking in such a way that those led are drawn toward Jesus Christ.

The second trait of an effective Christian Leader is Joy.

The word for joy in the Greek Language is Chara (5479) and occurs 59 times.

The Christian Leader has joy because of their past _______________
