It was the penultimate act in a series of events that began with coordination over a messaging application, WhatsaApp, and ended with the heart being successfully transplanted into a 16-year-old girl in Mumbai. The Intersection goes behind the frenzy, bringing you the story of how a group of committed people is making up for the absence of a centralised, government-supported setup to organise heart transplants in India.
