After dreaming of opening her own cafe her whole life, Rosario Juan finally opened Commune, a cafe that serves Philippines coffee. She chose the name Commune because people gather and have discussions with a value added good local coffee.
Filipinos drink so much coffee, they don’t produce enough coffee to supply local demand.
