She speaks to local author Kate Bradley about how her career in mental health and social services inspired her new book, WHAT I DID. Thando Mgqolozana tells Anna about his book A MAN WHO IS NOT A MAN which explores gender, masculinity and mental health in South Africa. Sussex based Jasper Gibson talks about his book THE OCTOPUS MAN, a first person narrative exploring voice-hearing, drug trials and stigma based on a true story, and journalist and broadcaster Claudia Hammond discusses the fascinating research behind her book THE ART OF REST.
