Once, during an interview, avid traveller, entrepreneur and media person Santhosh George Kulangara was asked a seemingly tough question. The interviewer asked Santhosh where he would visit if he could only visit one country in his lifetime. The answer was as interesting and thought-provoking as the story RJ Delmi recounts about one of her friend’s academic tour across North-East India and West Bengal. Traveling across villages in West Bengal, reminiscent of Kerala from 50 years ago, Delmi’s friend met a Bengali journalist who asked him a pertinent question - A question that forced him to look deep within himself for an answer.
