The Estonian-born conductor Kristjan Järvi tells how to get rid of obstacles standing on the performers' way while interpreting classical music works. These might be physical objects such as music stands or chairs on stage, or psychological barriers. The Baltic sea, instead of keeping musicians apart from each other, connects these open-minded young professionals who are the members of the orchestra called Baltic Sea Philharmonic. Järvi as it's co-founder and the artistic leader encourages the members of the orchestra to create an environment where humans are being kind to each other. |
