Description: Competition to be included into a Australia-New Zealand-Pacific travel bubble may be rising, with Fiji confirming it's encouraging its bigger neighbours to not consider the Pacific as a whole. But neighbouring Vanuatu is also lobbying to be included in a travel bubble, with plans to reopen its border on September 1 to travellers from the key markets of Australia, New Zealand and New Caledonia.
