Calls for World Rugby to put their own house in order, as unions vote for next chairman

Description: As a virtual vote for the next chairman of World Rugby draws to a close, support appears to be shifting towards the challenger, Argentina's Gus Pichot. In the Pacific the speculation is that Fiji will back him, after previously supporting the incumbent, Sir Bill Beaumont. Pichot is seen as the man who can bring about radical change, and as a first step, were he to win, he's being urged to overhaul a governance system that almost allowed a convicted killer, the FRU's Francis Kean, to sit on the powerful executive committee.
