	Description:		Nearly 200 million people will be voting in Indonesia, among those voting will of course be people living in the Provinces of Papua and West Papua, in what is the world's biggest single day of democratic elections. Some people in Papua Province won't actually be able to cast their own votes -- as they'll be taking part what's known as the "noken method".
