She is an award winning creative groomer and author of "The EVERYTHING Dog Grooming Book". She is an outspoken animal advocate and runs her own rescue "Sad Souls Pet Rescue". She has been married for 24 years to her husband Tim and they have 2 sons, Drew and Lane Blackburn ages 12 and almost 15. She has her own business "The Groom Room Pet Spa" in Attica, Indiana.
